Zefax-D Tablets are formulated to provide broad-spectrum antibacterial action, combining the efficacy of Cefixime and Dicloxacillin. This dual-action antibiotic is used for the treatment of various bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and more. The extended-release form of Dicloxacillin ensures prolonged therapeutic effect, enhancing convenience and patient compliance.
Each tablet contains a combination of two potent antibiotics:
Cefixime – A third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic effective against a wide range of bacterial infections.
Dicloxacillin (Extended Release) – A penicillin-class antibiotic that targets penicillinase-producing bacteria, helping to fight resistant strains effectively.
Mechanism of Action:
