XYNAC-TP

Working of Xynac-tp

This medication works in a triple action; the three drugs present as the main ingredient in the medicine have the following mechanism of action:

Aceclofenac (100 mg): Aceclofenac is a highly effective Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug that works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which results in reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation in joints and muscles.

Paracetamol (325 mg): it is a widely trusted analgesic and antipyretic that enhances pain relief and reduces fever, while also increasing the tolerability of Aceclofenac by minimising gastric irritation.

Thiocolchicoside (4 mg): A muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory properties that acts on the central nervous system to relieve muscle stiffness, spasms, and improve joint mobility.

Indication for its Use 

Xynac-tp is indicated to be used in the following conditions : 

• Acute and chronic low back pain
• Cervical spondylitis and neck pain
• Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis
• Sciatica and lumbago
• Post-traumatic pain and inflammation

Dosage and Administration
