IPRAWAR-L Respules is a combination bronchodilator used for the management of obstructive airway disorders. It combines the selective β2-agonist Levosalbutamol with the anticholinergic Ipratropium Bromide, offering dual bronchodilation for effective relief of symptoms in patients with reversible obstructive airway disease.

Mechanism of Action

Levosalbutamol – Acts as a selective β2-adrenergic agonist, producing relaxation of bronchial smooth muscles and rapid bronchodilation.
