RESFLU–S 500 DPI Capsules are a fixed-dose combination of Fluticasone Propionate, a potent inhaled corticosteroid (ICS), and Salmeterol, a long-acting β₂-adrenergic agonist (LABA). This dual therapy is designed for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), offering both anti-inflammatory action and sustained bronchodilation.

Fluticasone Propionate: Reduces airway inflammation, controls swelling, and decreases mucus production.

Salmeterol: Provides prolonged relaxation of bronchial smooth muscles, ensuring sustained bronchodilation for up to 12 hours.
