PREGABALIN 75 + DULOXETIN 20 CAPSULES

GAZO-D-75/20 is a fixed-dose combination of Pregabalin and Duloxetine, designed for the effective management of neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and associated mood disturbances. The synergistic action of an anticonvulsant (Pregabalin) and an SNRI antidepressant (Duloxetine) provides dual relief—addressing both the pain pathways and underlying psychological distress commonly associated with chronic pain conditions.

Pharmacological Action

Duloxetine (20 mg):

• • A serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).

  • Enhances descending inhibitory pain pathways.

  • Relieves neuropathic pain and improves associated depression or anxiety.

Pregabalin (75 mg):
