MEDICATION USED FOR 

APENTRAL-D Pantoprazole & Domperidone efficiently used in the treatment of GERD, Dyspepsia & heartburn, the combination helps to enhance lower esophageal tone & clearance as well as stops nausea & vomiting associated with GERD. Pantoprazole with Domperidone acts as highly active PPI & due to its prokinetic action it helps into fast relief from dyspepsia as well as from both day and nighttime heartburn, it also prevents the mucosal damage actively.

INDICATIONS 

For the treatment of erosive esophagitis.

For the treatment of pathological hypersecretion associated with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome or other hypersecretory syndromes.

For the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.

For the healing of duodenal ulcer.

For the healing of gastric ulcer.

MECHANISM OF ACTION 

Pantoprazole+Domperidone is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease ( acid reflux) and Peptic ulcer disease.It`s  a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
