Tolperisone Hydrochloride & Diclofenac Sodium Tablets

Tolwise-D Tablets are a combination therapy formulated to provide rapid relief from pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness. This formulation combines Tolperisone Hydrochloride, a centrally acting muscle relaxant, and Diclofenac Sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), to treat musculoskeletal disorders, spasticity, and acute pain conditions.
Tolperisone Hydrochloride relaxes skeletal muscles by inhibiting abnormal reflexes in the central nervous system, thereby reducing muscle stiffness and spasms.
Diclofenac Sodium inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which in turn alleviates pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Mechanism of Action
